  • A 52-year-old Milford man was arrested July 3 after he allegedly provided a false name to police.
According to the Milford Police Department, officers responded to the 200 block of North Washington Street around 3 a.m. for a disorderly complaint. Police said Ronald Eugene Colbert was reportedly banging on the door of a residence he was asked to leave.
Colbert allegedly gave police a fake name and a computer check revealed Colbert was wanted out of the state of New Jersey.
Colbert was charged with criminal impersonation, being an out-of-state fugitive and also had two warrants out of Justice of the Peace Court 7.
Colbert was committed to Sussex Correctional Institution pending extradition to New Jersey.
