A Code Orange Air Quality Action Day for Delaware will be on June 25.
The ozone conducive weather conditions continue but the chance of thunderstorms is lower. As a result, the ozone will reach the Code Orange range. Particle concentrations are also rising Monday and will continue into June 25 although the rise will be limited to the Code Yellow range.
The chance of thunderstorms will increase June 26, so residents should expect another day of Code Orange ozone. Rain and thunderstorms are even more likely with Code Yellow air quality expected.
