A 19-year-old Milford man was arrested on June 3 for allegedly assaulting two victims on Cedar Street in Georgetown.
According to the Georgetown Police Department, officers were summoned to the 400 block of Cedar Street in reference to a reckless endangering complaint. Police said Dylan Lane was reportedly sitting in his vehicle and became involved in a verbal argument with a 21-year-old female standing on the side of his vehicle. Police said Lane allegedly took off in the vehicle and struck the female in a side swipe motion, knocking her to the ground. Police said a 19-year-old male reportedly came out of a residence to see if he could assist the female, and Lane allegedly got into a physical altercation with him. Police said the male victim sustained minor injuries to his face.
Police said Lane was charged with reckless endangering, assault, offensive touching and criminal mischief. He was released on an unsecured bond with a future court date.
