  • According to Austin roofer Holden Roofing, these are the signs of wind damage to a roof that you should look for: Missing shingles and lifted shingles (missing glue seals). Asphalt shingles are adhered to the roof with a strip of adhesive. When the wind blows one shingle off of the roof, it makes the whole group of shingles that it is adhered with weaker.
