  • A 23-year-old Felton man is facing criminal charges after allegedly driving into a Harrington yard and fleeing before police arrived.
Adam T. Bowker’s vehicle left the roadway and ended up getting stuck in the yard of home in the 200 block of Delaware Avenue just before 8:15 p.m. on March 7, according to Harrington Police Department spokesman Lt. Earl Brode.
Bowker reportedly fled the scene on foot, but was later identified by police, who obtained warrants for his arrest.
Bowker, who turned himself in to police on Monday, is charged with leaving the scene of a property damage accident, failure to have insurance identification in his possession, failure to have vehicle registration in his possession and inattentive driving.
He later was released on a $325 unsecured bond, Brode said.
