  • Police seek help in identifying convenience store burglar

  • Milford police are asking for the public’s help in identifying the man who burglarized two convenience stores and attempted to break into a third early Monday morning.

  • Milford police are asking for the public’s help in identifying the man who burglarized two convenience stores and attempted to break into a third early Monday morning.
    The man broke into and stole several undisclosed items from the Shore Stop at 432 Bay Road and the Market Place Convenience Store at 630 Northwest Front St., according to Milford Police Department spokesman Detective Dwight Young.
    The same man also reportedly attempted to break into the Sunoco Gas Station at 350 Milford-Harrington Highway.
    Young said all three incidents occurred between 3 a.m. and 5 a.m.
    The burglar is described as 5’11” to 6’3” with an average build. He last was seen wearing a dark-colored jacket, a light-colored hood, light-colored pants and light-colored shoes.
