  • Police still investigating suspicious death of Clayton man

  • Delaware State Police is continuing their investigation into the death of Jonathan A. Grioli, 25, of Clayton, who was found along Autumn Moon Lane near Walnut Shade Road in Magnolia November 3.
    At 4:05 a.m. that morning, troopers responded to a report of a person in the roadway on Autumn Moon Lane, and discovered the body of Grioli lying along the side of the roadway, police said. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
    Grioli was removed by the State Medical Examiner's Office and an autopsy was conducted determining the cause of death to be homicide by blunt force trauma, police said.
