Editor's note: This article has been updated with new information from the Milford Police Department, which reports the charges related to sexual assaults committed against two girls, including one who was assaulted in separate incidents.
A 17-year-old Milford boy is accused of sexually assaulting two girls since 2007.
Milford Police spokesman Detective Dwight Young said officers have determined the boy forced an 8-year-old girl to repeatedly perform sexual acts with him at a home in the 400 block of North St. from 2007 to 2008, when he was 11 and 12.
The same boy also forced an 11-year-old girl to perform multiple sexual acts at a home in the 300 block of Northwest Second St. from 2010 to 2011, when he was 14 and 15, Young said.
In the most recent sexual assault, the boy reportedly forced one of the previous victims, now aged 14, to perform sexual acts with him at an apartment in the Brightway Commons apartment complex off of Church Street on Dec. 23.
The teen, whose name has not been released, is charged with one count of first-degree rape, two counts of second-degree rape and two counts of unlawful sexual contact.
He is being held at the Stevenson House Detention Center in Milford on a $50,000 cash bond, Young said.
