UPDATE: Mighty Gibbs turned himself in to police on Wednesday. He is being held at the Sussex Correctional Institute in default of a $75,000 secured bond.
One man has been charged in a home invasion robbery in Harrington on Tuesday, but police are still searching for his alleged accomplice.
Brock Cimo, 18, turned himself into police just hours after the robbery, while 20-year-old Harrington resident Mightys E. Gibbs remains at large, according to Harrington Police Department spokesman Lt. Earl Brode.
Cimo and Gibbs are accused of entering a home in the Diamond Court Apartments on Diamond Court about 3 p.m. and choking a resident while removing more than $400 in cash from the victim's pockets.
The two men then fled area in a white Dodge Avenger, Brode said.
The victim sustained minor injuries during the robbery, but refused medical treatment, he said.
Cimo is charged with home invasion, robbery, strangulation, conspiracy and theft under $1,500.
He is being held at the Sussex Correctional Institution in default of a $17,500 cash bond, Brode said.
Warrants have been issued for Gibbs' arrest on the similar charges.
