  • Smyrna High School Basketball Goes "PINK" on Feb. 11

  • The Smyrna High School basketball teams will go "PINK" during their games on Monday, Feb. 11.
    The event will help raise funds to be donated to the American Cancer Society along with Donations to Sharon Carrow and the Lori Robinson Scholarship.
    Carrow is a current Smyrna High School staff member battling cancer. Robinson is a former Smyrna High School librarian who lost her battle with cancer.
    The Smyrna girls JV team will kick off the "PINK" event at 4 p.m. with their game in the new gym against Delmar.
    Next will be the JV boys basketball team vs. St. Andrews at 5:30 p.m. in the old gym.
    Meanwhile, the varsity girls basketball team will play vs. Delmar at 5:30 p.m. in the new gym.
    Capping the "PINK" event off will be the varsity boys basketball team vs. St. Andrews in the new gym at 7:30 p.m.
    There will be events and giveaways throughout the event.
