A 21-year-old Milford resident wanted on a vehicle theft charge and for skipping trial was arrested in Harrington on Sunday, police said.
Christopher Willey was a passenger in a vehicle police stopped on Calvin Street for a traffic violation, according Harrington Police Department spokesman Sgt. Earl Brode.
After determining that the license of the unidentified driver had been suspended, officers initiated a search of the vehicle in which they turned up 15.6 grams of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, Brode said.
Harrington residents Cory J. Harding and Christian Burke, both, each were issued criminal summons for possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. Both men were released pending a future court appearance, Brode said.
Willey is being held at the Sussex Correctional Institute in default of a $2,500 secured bond.
The driver, meanwhile, was issued traffic citations and released.
