Operation Snowflake aims to help Sandy Hook Elementary School

The United Way of Delaware and the Delaware Community Foundation has begun conducting "Operation Snowflake" statewide in support of the Sandy Hook Elementary School community's attempt to rebuild after the massacre of 20 students and six staff members at the Connecticut school in mid December.
