  • Milford Police are searching for a Felton man who failed to re-register as a convicted sex offender.
    Derrick L. Carr Jr., a 36, was living in Felton and working at Seawatch International in Milford as of Oct. 18, according to the Delaware Sex Offender Registry.
    A Tier 3 sex offender, Carr was convicted in 1997 on two counts of third-degree unlawful sexual intercourse with a victim between the ages of 12 and 15.
    He is described as black, 5’9” and 210 pounds with tattoos on his upper arms and back. Carr is known to use the aliases Eric Deshields and Brian Wilkins.
    Police said he is known to frequent Milford, Dover, Felton, Laurel, Seaford, Greenwood, Ellendale, Wilmington and New Castle.
    Anyone with information about his whereabouts is asked to contact Milford detectives by calling (302) 422-8081 or providing an anonymous tip to Delaware Crime Stoppers at 1-800-TIP-3333.
