Wilmington mayor orders mandatory evacuation of southeast part of city Sunday
- Wilmington Mayor James M. Baker today signed an Executive Order declaring a State of Emergency in Wilmington due to Hurricane Sandy effective at 3 p.m. this afternoon, and he ordered a mandatory evacuation of the southeastern part of the city beginning Sunday at noon.
