Two Dover men have been arrested for possessing and selling drugs near Milford High School, Milford Police Department Cpl. Robert Masten said.

Gary V. Stanley II Alan H. Brown Jr, both 24-year-old Dover residents, were arrested on July 30 after a month-long investigation by the Milford police narcotics investigation unit, Masten said. Stanley was charged with possession with the intent to deliver, maintaining a vehicle for keeping controlled substances, possession of a non-narcotic Schedule I controlled substance within 1,000 feet of a school, and second-degree conspiracy. Brown has been charged with trafficking cocaine in a quantity of 10 to 50 grams, possession with the intent to deliver a narcotic Schedule II controlled substance, maintaining a vehicle for keeping controlled substances, delivery of a narcotic Schedule II controlled substance with 1,000 feet of a school and possession of drug paraphernalia. 

Stanley was committed to Sussex Correctional Institute on $7,000 secured bail and brown was committed to SCI on $43,000 secured bail.
