Milford police arrested Gordon Lively, 30, of Milford for charges resulting from a fight that happened early on the morning of Sunday, March 29.



The Milford Police Department received report of a fight involving several people in the roadway of the 400 block of South Walnut Street at about 3 a.m., according to a report from a Milford Police Department spokesman.

The Milford Police Department received report of a fight involving several people in the roadway of the 400 block of South Walnut Street at about 3 a.m., according to a report from a Milford Police Department spokesman.

An investigation found that Lively allegedly assaulted the victim after a domestic related argument, the report states.

Lively was charged with third degree assault, disorderly conduct, criminal mischief and resisting arrest. Officers also determined Lively was wanted for active warrants out of Pennsylvania.

Lively was arraigned at Justice of the Peace #3 in Georgetown and committed to Sussex Correctional Institution.

Police also arrested Erica Osuch, 26, of Milford and charged her with disorderly conduct for her alleged part in the fight. Osuch was released with a criminal summons.
