A 4x100-meter relay, the standing long jump and the softball throw are in all age groups.

Contestants are allowed to enter as many as three events, but when three events are chose at least one must be a running event and one must be a field event.

The top finishers in each event advance to the state meet, which will be held Saturday, June 28 at Dover High School.

Spikes and starting blocks are not permitted at the county or state meet. Shorts and a T-shirt are the only required clothing.
